Role Description
The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing strategies to meet client goals, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the company’s offerings. Additionally, the Account Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and participate in client meetings to provide exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
- Experience with developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking performance metrics and creating reports
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in finance, investments, or a similar field is preferred
