Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in leading the sales and marketing team, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaborate with the technical education team to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, such as social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business development and customer retention.

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and ahead of market trends.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining sales and marketing performance, forecasts, and recommendations.Qualifications

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
