Full-Stack AI Engineer - 50,000 SEK - 55,000 SEK + Options - Central Stockholm

Randall is partnering with an ambitious Stockholm AI startup building infrastructure and applications for a super niche industry. Two founders, real customers, real production systems — and they need a Full-Stack AI Engineer who thinks like a founder, not a ticket-closer.

Non-negotiable:

• KTH graduate — the mindset this builds is exactly what they need
• Startup experience — pre-seed, seed or founding engineer background essential
• You've shipped things. Real things. To real customers.

What you'll own:

• Full-stack across React/Next.js/TypeScript (frontend) and Python/FastAPI (backend)
• End-to-end AI products — RAG, agents, retrieval, evaluation, data ingestion pipelines
• Complex document extraction across text, tables, images and industrial manuals

This is for you if:

You can see a customer problem on Monday, have a prototype in front of them by Wednesday, and a production system running by Friday. No hand-holding, no detailed specs — just ownership, speed and judgment.

Must have RTW in Sweden - English Speaking Position
