Working Arrangement: Full-time, On-site

Salary: €100,000–€130,000 + Equity

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, solving complex business problems and deploying AI-powered solutions into production.

You will own projects end-to-end, from understanding the initial problem and designing the solution through to deployment, optimisation and measuring business impact. This is a highly practical role for an engineer who enjoys working across software, systems, integrations and data while operating in an ambiguous, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria.
• Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear technical solutions.
• Build and deploy AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems and perform real-world tasks.
• Own production deployments, including reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Work with real customer data to test solutions, measure outcomes and iterate.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop tools, documentation and best practices to improve customer delivery.
• Take ownership of projects from initial problem definition through to production outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and systems-thinking capability.
• Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and managing ambiguous technical challenges.
• Experience taking ownership of projects through to production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively across different technologies and environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a practical, problem-solving approach.
• Genuine interest in AI-powered systems and their application to real-world business problems.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with AI agents, automation or conversational AI systems.
• Experience operating, monitoring and continuously improving production systems.
• Exposure to enterprise technology environments and complex integrations.
