As an early member of this growing AI organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and delivering AI-powered solutions from concept through production. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, product teams, architects, data scientists, and engineers to identify high-value opportunities and develop secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI capabilities that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This is a hands-on Sr. AI Engineer role—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, software engineering, data engineering, and cloud technologies, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native platforms
• Local to Covington, KY (within 40-minute commute)
