Join us as a Site Manager and take the lead on delivering complex construction projects from start to finish. You'll manage site operations, teams, and budgets while ensuring every project meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and performance.
What will you do:
- Project preparation, including budget estimation and development of work plans
- Project launch and execution
- Project management, including cost control and management of schedules and resources, as the site representative
- Safety, quality, and technical management
- Progress reporting
- Providing feedback and conducting a project review upon completion of site work
What are the key skills we are looking for:
- On-site experience at data centers, industrial plants, power stations, buildings, or similar facilities (no minimum number of years of experience required)
- Candidates must be able to prepare the necessary documentation, understand the construction process, and manage on-site safety.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese
What qualifications will make you successful:
- Those who hold a qualification as an Electrical Works Construction Manager, an Electrician, or who hold any equivalent qualification
