Data and Growth Analytics Executive

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for new Toslalılar to join our Analytics Team in the position of Data and Growth Analytics Executive.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, data science or related areas
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience and understanding of Data Analytics and Growth
• Good SQL knowledge is a must
• Hands on experience in QlikSense, Python and BI tools
• Banking or fintech experience is a plus
• Proven ability to solve business problems through advanced data analytics and statistics
• Experience in deep diving into data to uncover hidden patterns and performing comprehensive root cause and anomaly analyses
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

Role Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives leveraging data modeling and analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights that inform and shape strategic decision-making.
• Organize and drive the successful completion of data insight projects by managing data team members and working closely with stakeholders.
• Work with different teams to understand their data needs, respond to their requests, and prepare the related dashboards to support their decision-making.
• Build, improve, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of reports and insights that explain business performance, key operations, and core metrics.
• Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate the results of analytical projects to stakeholders across leadership, technology, marketing, and product teams.
• Design and build technical processes to address business issues
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
