AI Specialist at BairesDev

As an AI Specialist, you will lead the design, refinement, and evaluation of prompts to optimize large language model performance. You will serve as the technical lead for prompt architecture, ensuring that AI-generated outputs are accurate, structured, and aligned with domain-specific requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on complex prompts using advanced engineering techniques to guide model behavior.
• Define and implement structured output designs and intent classification patterns for reliable system integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive evaluation methodologies to assess model accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in legal or compliance to ensure prompts meet strict domain standards.
• Utilize Python and automated testing frameworks to validate prompt performance and iterate on results.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in prompt design, iterative refinement, and structured output patterns.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation methodologies and intent classification for large language models.
• Proficiency in Python for building test scripts and automating evaluation workflows.
• Experience with domain-specific AI implementation in compliance or legal contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
