As an Applied Scientist specializing in NLP, you will design and implement advanced machine learning models to process and interpret human language at scale. You will translate complex linguistic challenges into high-performance AI solutions, ensuring depth in tokenization, embeddings, and modern language architectures.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable NLP models using Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Implement and fine-tune transformer-based architectures, including BERT, T5, and the GPT family.
• Build and optimize end-to-end pipelines for text classification, embeddings, and large-scale language understanding.
• Research and adapt state-of-the-art scientific approaches to solve intricate business problems involving unstructured text data.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy production-ready models and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Ensure model accuracy and efficiency by staying at the forefront of NLP advancements, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in implementing NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings, and text classification.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern NLP research.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
