• Deliver business value through data science models, leveraging modern technologies in AI/ML.
• Contribute in build & develop capability of data science team

• Explore & Enrich Feature Store

Key Responsibilities

• Build, Deliver & Monitor Data Science models:
• Develop and deploy data science models to solve real-world business problems.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
• Explore and Enrich Feature Store:
• Explore and develop new features to enhance the feature store.
• Maintain and improve the quality and relevance of features in the store.
• Work closely with data warehouse engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Collaborate:
• Communicate with business team to ensure the stability and feasibility of data science projects.
• Work with business team to identify business value contribution of data science models.
• Advise and perform validation on A/B test setup to identify business models performance.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Continuously receive feedback from business team, synthesize information & raise suitable action to improve models performance.
• Continuous monitor, evaluate, and improve the data science models, to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
• Continuous Development:
• Involve in team's activity & strengthen team's engagement.
• Identify & develop required skillset that best fit for company & personal career path.

Demand & Productivity driver

• 3 years or experience working in Data Scientist.
• Experience in deliver and end-to-end data science projects.
• Strong technical understanding of machine learning, statistic, and data mining.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, ...)
• Technical understanding of A/B test.
• Technical understanding of Big Data technology and open source system.
• Well communicate skill with internal team and external client stakeholder.

• External Business team at PVA
• Regional Data Community of Practice

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineer, or equivalent fields.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial analysis business fields (e.g. MBA, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) would be considered as a strong plus
