With a focus on customer segmentation, look-alike modeling & data driven GTM strategy, this role bridges the gap between technical data science teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that analytical outputs are aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data science teams to understand and leverage insights from clustering and look-alike models for strategic decision-making. Translate complex model outputs into clear business terms, highlighting customer segmentation insights and potential market opportunities. Develop and implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth, informed by predictive modeling and analytics. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring that data insights are accessible and actionable for all stakeholders. Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, GTM strategies, using data insights to optimize reach and impact. Develop and implement a dynamic dashboard for real-time monitoring of model health, performance metrics, and data drift to ensure optimal functionality. Create comprehensive documentation of end-to-end processes, establishing guidelines for scalability and repeatability in future analytics endeavors. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in analytics and data science, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics consulting, with a proven track record of translating data insights into business results. Proficient in the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic dashboards, utilizing a variety of data visualization tools and techniques to monitor model performance, data drift and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. Familiarity with predictive modeling, clustering, and look-alike modeling concepts, and their application in business contexts. Proficient in documenting analytical processes and models for scalability and repeatability. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on data-driven opportunities.
