该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： - 负责LLM大模型微调、提示词工程优化，提升大模型在特定业务场景下的表现 - 主导RAG知识库全链路算法优化，包含文档切片、Embedding选型、召回排序、重排优化、向量库调优，解决检索不准、回答幻觉等问题 - 探索并实践大模型学习对齐技术，包含SFT/RLHF/DPO/GRPO - 探索模型压缩与轻量化部署技术 任职要求： - 计算机科学、人工智能、数学等相关专业，具备扎实的机器学习及深度学习理论基础 - 3年以上NLP/大模型训练或微调经验，精通Transformer等主流大模型架构，熟悉LLaMA、Qwen、GPT等开源模型生态 - 熟悉Python编程、PyTorch等深度学习框架，掌握大模型训练与推理工具链 - 具备基础英语读写及沟通能力
