helping people live healthy lives! POSITION SUMMARY: The Supply Chain
Center of Excellence (COE) Manager is responsible for leading and
scaling key COE capabilities that drive operational excellence, supplier
performance, analytics, and continuous improvement across the
organization. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Director and
is accountable for translating COE strategy into actionable plans and
delivering measurable business results. The Manager will lead across
multiple COE capability areas-such as supplier performance,
sustainability, analytics, and continuous improvement-with scope
evolving based on business priorities and individual strengths. This
position includes leadership of a growing team and requires the ability
to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and develop talent while
driving cross-functional execution. Success in this role requires strong
leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence
Stakeholders Across Operations, Procurement, Finance, And R&D. ESSENTIAL
