Manager, Revenue Growth Management

What you will do:
- Develop a deep understanding of channel dynamics and customer economics
- Partner with Sales leaders and account teams to build and execute customer-level annual plans, including pricing strategy, trade investment, and volume targets
- Lead value chain and ROI analysis to inform pricing decisions and commercial tradeoffs across revenue, margin, and volume
- Support customer negotiations, trade programs, and promotional planning, including evaluation and optimization of trade effectiveness
- Build and deliver clear, concise storytelling for leadership and sales partners, connecting insights to business outcomes
- Drive improved management routines, reporting, and tools to enhance visibility and decision-making in the field
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure execution feasibility and alignment
- Salary range $96,800 - $140,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, revenue management, or related field
- Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
- Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
