Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join their clients team. The Data Analyst, Revenue Analytics is responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, and data initiatives across the revenue cycle. This individual will analyze large healthcare datasets, develop SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and provide insights that support business decision-making. The role will also assist with ETL processes and create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong SQL skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

• 3-5 years of experience working in a business intelligence (BI) related position. Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred but not required.

• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries independently.

• Experience with SQL Server- writing T-SQL queries in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

• ETL experience including troubleshooting and data validation.

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting).

• Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
