Responsibilities

Business & Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate with business users across functions.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly way.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.

SQL & Data Management

• Create and optimize SQL queries.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues.
• Support data modeling and data warehouse initiatives.

AI & Advanced Analytics

• Identify opportunities to improve analytics through AI and automation.
• Support advanced analytics and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with Python or AI-related technologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain is appreciated
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV is appreciated
