Introduction
This is a key role in supporting the Data Science team by developing analytics solutions that drive manufacturing and business outcomes. This position works closely with the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager to support the development, deployment, scaling, and maintenance of data science and AI initiatives while fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
Your Job
- Partner with the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager to define project objectives, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
- Support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to address manufacturing and business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Collect, cleanse, validate, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to support analytics and modeling activities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and support deployment of analytics use cases into production environments.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders, including Fab leadership, using clear and measurable success criteria.
- Support continuous improvement of analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices within the Analytics CoE.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
- Internship or project experience in analytics, AI, machine learning, or digital manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data engineering concepts.
- Experience working with large manufacturing or operational datasets.
