We are currently looking for a Senior Computational Biologist to join a health tech company based out of Dubai.
Technical experience needed:
- Python programming expertise
- Rosetta / PyRosetta / AlphaFold, Schrödinger etc.
- Protein to protein interaction, structure analysis, prediction & engineering
- Antibody modeling, protein structure prediction, and binder design
- Design, development and optimization of antibodies (& Modelling)
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning (& Docker)
- Molecular simulation techniques
Education
- PhD Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or other relevant scientific degree
- Proven background in research and publications
