  • Research

Research products and competitor products. Analyze competitor products

  • Product development

Design product features, processes and procedures to support product development

  • Product marketing

Oversee execution of marketing plan

  • Product roll-out and management

Implement product campaigns/promotions, sales tools etc. Monitor product performance for all product types

  • Product knowledge, communication & support

Provide product support and knowledge on products; advice branches and others on all product issues.

  • Product feedback process
