Marketing Manager, Amazon Transparency

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own both demand generation strategy and content creation for the Transparency Program. This role will drive pipeline growth through integrated B2B marketing campaigns while creating and managing content across Amazon internal channels, external websites, and social media to support the full brand journey—from initial awareness through enrollment and post-enrollment engagement. You will develop Go-To-Market strategies, execute multi-channel campaigns, produce high-quality content, and partner with Business Development and Analytics teams to scale brand enrollment globally.
Key job responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Demand Generation
- Own the GTM strategy for Transparency, including market segmentation, positioning, and channel prioritization.
- Define target audience segments and execute account-based marketing strategies for high-value brand prospects.
- Design multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid social, search, and webinars.
- Own funnel metrics — MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, and enrollment conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Partner with Business Development on pipeline goals and sales handoff; collaborate with Seller Marketing on integrated programs.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards and attribution models with the Analytics team.

- Own content development including help documentation, FAQs, product descriptions, case studies, e-books, and presentations.
- Ensure discoverability through SEO optimization and metadata standards.
- Manage content across internal and external channels and track performance metrics.
- Manage agency relationships for creative production and coordinate with partner teams on content initiatives.
- Track content performance metrics and optimize based on analytics and user feedback
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- Proven track record managing multi-channel B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email, and webinars
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
- Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google/Adobe Analytics and marketing attribution
- Knowledge of ABM strategies and account-based marketing for B2B audiences
- Experience managing external agencies and creative vendors

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
