Job Responsibilities
- Create a strong relationship with product managers and functional partners
- Own the development and execution of analyses and reports from end to end
- Be able to summarize data results in a non-technical manner for business partners
- Ability to think from a business standpoint and how that related to data
- Familiarity with banking products a plus: Deposit (Checking, Savings, CDs) and Cash Management (ACH, Remote Check Deposit, Positive Pay, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative discipline with a focus on data engineering, data warehousing, computer science and/or data-driven analytics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quant analytics
- Demonstrated advanced SQL skills is a must, such as: conduct data transformation, data discovery, validate, de-duplicate, aggregate, unveil edge cases, and transform data structures
- Experience working across multiple database platforms, both on premises, such as Teradata, Oracle, as well as on Cloud solutions such as AWS and Snowflake
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, structured approach to writing code and creating comprehensive documentation
