Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Understanding of higher education data structures, business processes, and institutional research methodologies.- Skilled in planning, organizing, and directing projects.- Proven leadership in supervising individuals with varied skill sets and fostering effective teamwork.- Strong collaboration skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP)- Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in institutional research, business intelligence, analytics, data management, or related fields.- Three (3) or more years of supervisory or managerial experience leading technical or analytical teams.- Experience supporting decision-making within higher education, preferably within a multi-campus university system.- Experience developing enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations in enterprise tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI).- Experience working with data warehouses, enterprise data systems (e.g., HR, Financial, Student Information, Learning Management), and large-scale institutional datasets.- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives.- Experience with accreditation reporting, state and federal reporting requirements, and higher education performance metrics.
