Requirements
In this position the government contractor will formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret intelligence support information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, and other functions. Additional requirements include:
- Performing engineering duties and providing recommended improvements to intelligence capabilities, testing equipment, and techniques.
- Analyzing mission area technologies and delivering Mission Area Technology Assessment Reports on key technologies.
- Studying, assessing, and recommending innovative technologies for further development, testing and, as necessary, transition planning and support.
- Conducting basic and applied research to evaluate the adaptability of materials and equipment to intelligence capability design and manufacture.
- Supporting longer-term capability mission area-related development activities of programs of record to enhance programs.
Modeling and Simulation (e.g. STK or similar software experience)
Space Intelligence systems/processes
Project Management
Technology development, prototyping, experimentation, testing, and Joint Exercise/Wargame integration
Department of War Higher-Headquarters (or equivalent) Staffing
Previous Special Access Program Experience Preferred
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $130,000 to $185,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirement.
