Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Data Scientist – AI, Predictive Intelligence & Agentic Solutions to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing and deploying predictive models, machine learning, and generative AI solutions that directly optimize core business workflows across Finance, CX, Sales, and Operations. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy and advanced technical execution, your work will help transform complex data into trusted, automated insights that drive measurable efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do
In This Role, You Will
- Predictive Modeling & Analytics: Build, validate, and deploy end-to-end predictive models for churn forecasting, collections, and operational risk.
- Generative AI & Agentic Solutions: Design intelligent LLM workflows, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems with robust guardrails.
- AI Economics & Model Optimization: Balance model cost, latency, token efficiency, and speed to maximize commercial value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Operations, and Business leaders to shape AI and automation roadmaps.
- Technical Delivery & Insights: Own ML projects from problem framing to deployment while translating complex findings into actionable BI dashboards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and core ML techniques including Regression, Classification, NLP, and Time Series.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks like GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, LLM APIs, and vector search.
- Proven ability to deploy, monitor, and govern production models using MLOps best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Location: Bogotá (Hybrid - Min. 2 Days/Week in Office)
