DATA ANALYST

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business objectives and decision-making.
• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting templates, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of dashboard creation and data visualization techniques.
• Experience in procurement analysis, spend analysis, supplier performance analysis, or category reporting.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, operational reporting, and trend analysis.
