- complete an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification (equivalent of a level seven qualification or higher, including graduate certificate, master's degree or PhD) between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2026 in any of the following areas:
- information technology, cloud computing, cyber security, computer science, data analytics, robotics, telecommunications, information management, mathematics
- business, marketing, procurement, project management
- law
- creative industries, web and multimedia design, user experience design.
- be willing to relocate to Queensland for the two-year program if successful.
- be an Australian citizen, a resident of Australia, or have unrestricted working rights, under Commonwealth law, to work in Australia.
- Those with unrestricted working rights, under Commonwealth law, to work in Australia must complete their studies by 30 June 2026.
