Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Milan IL / Waterloo IA/ Dubuque iA

Duration: Contract For 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• :Develop forecasts for new service parts using historical data, engineering inputs, product support feedback, and product knowledge
• .Review forecast performance and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy and inventory availability
• .Collaborate with Product Support, Engineering, Supply Management, and Marketing teams to define service part requirements
• .Manage order fulfillment activities to ensure timely availability of service parts
• .Develop and implement strategies to support inventory levels and meet master schedule requirements
• .Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
• .Support business objectives by following established processes, policies, and procedures
• .Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and service parts support performance

• :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed business decisions

• .Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities
• .Project management and organizational skills
• .Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• .Experience in operations support functions such as purchasing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or service parts management
• .Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred

.Preferred Experience

• :Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain, or service parts operations
• .Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory management processes
• .Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment
