Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries to build and deploy models.
• Competence in interpreting model results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
