What You’ll be Doing

As a full-cycle BDM, you’ll own the entire sales process end-to-end. You’ll build your own pipeline, run discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, handle objections, negotiate, and close new business.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-performance, supportive environment where you can sharpen your skills, learn advanced selling techniques, and turn your prospecting strength into real closed-won revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years B2B sales experience (strong BDR/SDR background highly regarded)
  • At least 6-12 months in SaaS sales (HR tech, HCM, or payroll experience is a big advantage)
  • Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong desire to move into full-cycle selling and closing your own deals
  • Resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow your income and career
