Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics to help drive data-driven innovation across the organization. In this role, you will develop AI-powered solutions, build scalable data pipelines, uncover actionable insights, and create compelling visualizations that support strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in transforming data into tangible business impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and data science libraries/frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data engineering solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a passion for turning data into insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and Generative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data architectures.
• Develop predictive models, statistical analyses, and advanced analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Create intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and success metrics.
• Evaluate, experiment with, and implement emerging AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance through robust validation and monitoring processes.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of data science best practices across the organization.
