What You’ll Be Doing In This Role

Responsibilities

• Developing, backtesting, and implementing quantitative trading strategies for crypto markets
• Managing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and market signals
• Collaborating with other traders, quants, and developers to continuously improve trading algorithms
• Monitoring real-time trading performance and adjusting strategies to optimize profitability
• Staying up-to-date on market conditions, regulatory changes, and emerging trading technologies

About You:

• You have strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a background in mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
• You have experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading, ideally within crypto, forex, or other financial markets
• You are proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or C++ for algorithm development
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to adapt quickly to market changes
• You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to execute strategies with precision
• You are fluent in English and can communicate complex concepts clearly
