Accountable for managing the sales of the companys products and services within an assigned trade area, product line, and geographic area, province or country. Accountable for consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to maximize short and long term sales and revenues, and meet corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Must have a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering or any related course
- Must have at least five (5) years sales and technical working experience
- Must have at least five (5) years working experience in team supervision and management
- Must have proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
- Must have extensive experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Must be analytical enough to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Must have advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet and presentation applications
