As a Coder I, you’ll be a vital part of transforming medical documentation into clean, compliant, and accurate coding — making a real impact behind the scenes of patient care. In this role, you'll review professional services across multiple medical specialties and assign the correct ICD-10-CM, procedure, and E/M codes, all while staying on top of AMA and CMS guidelines. After a short onsite onboarding period, the position shifts to fully remote (with the occasional onsite visit for special training or projects).
