Data Engineer - Process Mining

We are looking for a Data Engineer - Process Mining to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and reliability of data required for Process Mining by designing, integrating, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, datasets, and data models. The primary focus is on enabling accurate process analysis and supporting continuous improvement through robust data engineering and efficient integration of multiple source systems.

Data Engineer - Process Mining

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position.
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, Python, and various Data Visualization/BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining (preferably Celonis EMS)
• Experience in Data Integration, Data Modeling, and Process Analytics.
• Expertise in process mining techniques, including query, dashboard, and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining).
• BSc degree in Management, IT, Project Management, Finance & Banking, or Business. Celonis Data Engineer certification would be an asset.
• Advanced English language proficiency at a C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable data processing for Process Mining use cases.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple source systems into the Process Mining platform to ensure data availability and consistency.
• Develop and maintain structured datasets and technical data models to support efficient analytical requirements.
• Implement and optimize ETL solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
• Monitor data quality, resolve data issues, and apply technical controls to ensure the integrity and stability of Process Mining data.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards and automation initiatives to improve solution maintainability.
