Job Description

Role: Program Manager | Program Consultant


**Key Responsibilities**

Lead the transformation of Client's Finance and FP&A analytics capabilities by:

- Establishing a Finance System of Trust through Oracle FDI

- Integrating Finance, Planning, Consolidation, and Actuarial reporting capabilities

- Reducing spreadsheet-driven reporting and manual reconciliation

- Creating a governed semantic foundation for Finance analytics

- Designing and implementing the future-state Finance Data & Analytics Target Operating Model

- Enabling future AI, predictive analytics, and decision intelligence capabilities

**Finance Transformation Leadership**

- Establish alignment between business priorities and Oracle FDI program objectives.

- Define future-state reporting, analytics, governance, and operating model requirements.

- Drive executive-level decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

- Ensure successful adoption of the future-state Finance Analytics platform.

**Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight**

Provide executive leadership and oversight of the Oracle FDI transformation program and ensure delivery aligns with the outcomes defined within the Client RFP.

- Lead the overall Finance Data & Analytics Transformation Program.

- Establish governance, steering committee structures, and program controls.

- Manage:

- Scope

- Timeline

- Delivery milestones

- Risks and dependencies

- Coordinate activities across business, technology, data, and implementation teams.

- Ensure program delivery supports:

- Oracle FDI implementation

- ERP integration

- EPM integration

- Actuarial integration

- Reporting modernization

- Target Operating Model delivery

**Oracle FDI, ERP & EPM Transformation**

Provide business leadership and functional oversight for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and its integration into the broader finance ecosystem.

- Partner with implementation teams on Oracle FDI deployment.

- Ensure alignment between:

- Oracle Fusion ERP

- EPBCS

- FCCS

- Reporting and analytics requirements

- Validate that the solution supports:

- Executive reporting

- Board reporting

- FP&A analytics

- Financial performance management

- Ensure consistency of:

- Financial hierarchies

- Dimensions

- KPI definitions

- Planning metrics

- Reporting standards

**FP&A & Performance Management Modernization**

Modernize planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-support capabilities.

Lead requirements and solution design for:

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Variance Analysis

- Profitability Reporting

- KPI Scorecards

- Executive Dashboards

- Management Reporting

- Scenario Planning and What-If Modeling

- Performance Analytics

Ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, plans, and business performance metrics.

**Finance & Actuarial Integration**

Establish a common reporting and analytics framework across Finance and Actuarial domains.

- Engage with Finance and Actuarial leaders to define shared reporting requirements.

- Ensure actuarial data is effectively integrated into financial planning and reporting processes.

- Align:

- Actuals

- Plans


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110000/yr - $117000/yr

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
