As a Project, Data Engineer III on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...
- Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and workflows that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
- Developing, testing, and deploying data engineering solutions across cloud and enterprise data environments
- Transforming, validating, and integrating structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data models, data quality controls, and processing frameworks
- Supporting client delivery by documenting technical solutions, resolving defects, and contributing to continuous improvement of data platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or artificial intelligence development
- 3+ years of experience architecting and deploying data pipelines, artificial intelligence agents, or machine learning models into production environments
- 1+ year of experience with hands on experience with PowerBI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
- 1+ year of experience designing end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cloud-based integration
- 1+ year of experience supporting BI, analytics, or technology programs in a mission-driven environment
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, regression, and anomaly detection)
- Active Top Secret level security clearance, preferred TS/SCI
- Must be able to commute onsite 100% into Arlington/Rosslyn/D.C.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AWS and Azure AI products
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or optical character recognition solutions
- Experience with Python data engineering and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
- Experience developing automation capabilities for document processing, case summarization, workflow orchestration, or content generation
