Job Objective (Purpose)
- Responsible for managing key accounts and supporting overall sales operations, business development, marketing coordination, and collection activities in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and strategic goals.
- Under the direction of the Leader, ensure continuous improvement in account servicing, reporting accuracy, customer relationship management, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support growth initiatives by maintaining strong partnerships with dealers, architects, and contractors.
- Manage assigned client accounts and ensure consistent follow-through on commitments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project implementation and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitors to provide management with strategic insights
- Provide end-to-end support to dealers, architects, and developers throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct on-site client visits and project validations as required
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team for campaigns, presentations, and event participation
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials based on target market requirements
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively
- Relay SNS contacts from developers, designers, contractors, and key clients to Sales Managers Collection and Account Coordination
- Track and follow up on client receivables in coordination with the finance team
- Facilitate payment documentation processes
- Assist in resolving client billing issues and ensure compliance with credit policies
- Support internal reporting and documentation related to account payment status Reporting Line
