Role Description This full-time Data Engineer role is an on-site position based in Orlando, FL. The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support business reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and managing data warehousing solutions to ensure accurate, reliable, and accessible data. The role also involves collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, improve data quality, and enhance system performance. The Data Engineer will monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and best practices for data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Engineering skills, including building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design robust schemas and support high-performance data storage and retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools and processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ability to perform Data Analytics tasks to validate data, support reporting, and provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
