MIS Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support business and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and data sources.
• Design, develop, and enhance automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
• Improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes through automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting and data solutions.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in MIS Development, BI Development, Data Engineering, or related roles are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
