Work you'll do
As a Finance Data & AI Manager specializing in Snowflake, you'll lead teams that design end-to-end solutions from ingestion through trusted data products, AI, and reporting. You will connect finance outcomes to target architecture and guide delivery from strategy through production.
- Lead engagements or workstreams that define end-to-end Snowflake architectures across integration, engineering, storage, security, semantic modeling, AI, and finance consumption
- Guide batch and streaming pipeline design using SQL, Python, Snowpark, Snowpipe, dynamic tables, streams, tasks, and orchestration tools
- Establish governance, lineage, access controls, data quality, observability, service-level objectives, and remediation patterns
- Define reusable finance data products, canonical models, semantic views, APIs, and sharing for planning, close, profitability, treasury, and reporting
- Architect production ML and generative and agentic AI with Cortex AI, MLOps and LLMOps, job
- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
- Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
- Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
- 7 + years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
- Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
