A global technology powerhouse specializing in industrial automation and digital infrastructure is seeking a talented individual to build and maintain a trusted data foundation that drives data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves partnering with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to design scalable data models, transform complex datasets into reliable analytical assets, and enable high-quality reporting, machine learning, and AI-driven initiatives. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, turning raw data into governed, reusable, and business-ready data products that deliver meaningful insights and value.

The Role

  • Partner with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse models, implementing modern data modeling practices.
  • Clean, transform, validate, and enrich data to create high-quality datasets for analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product teams, software engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and accessibility across analytical datasets.
  • Optimize data pipelines, transformations, and warehouse structures for performance and scalability.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or a related data-focused role.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with modern cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar technologies.
  • Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks such as dbt, Apache Airflow, or Luigi.
