Data Engineer

This role involves partnering with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to design scalable data models, transform complex datasets into reliable analytical assets, and enable high-quality reporting, machine learning, and AI-driven initiatives. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, turning raw data into governed, reusable, and business-ready data products that deliver meaningful insights and value.

The Role

• Partner with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse models, implementing modern data modeling practices.
• Clean, transform, validate, and enrich data to create high-quality datasets for analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
• Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams, software engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and accessibility across analytical datasets.
• Optimize data pipelines, transformations, and warehouse structures for performance and scalability.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or a related data-focused role.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar technologies.
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks such as dbt, Apache Airflow, or Luigi.
