🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation, data engineering, or data automation.
• Mandatory Dataiku certification (Developer or Advanced Developer).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Dataiku platform for data pipelines, workflow automation, and orchestration.
• Solid experience in Python development and automation.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and services.
• Practical experience with Dataiku LLM Mesh and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflow orchestration.
• Experience designing and implementing automated processes and intelligent workflows.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

👀 GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience building AI agents for task automation and decision support.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience with workflow governance, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Experience defining automation architecture standards and best practices.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and technical teams.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using the Dataiku platform.
• Build and maintain automated workflows, data pipelines, and orchestration processes.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and LLM-based capabilities through Dataiku LLM Mesh.
• Design automation architectures combining data pipelines, enterprise systems, workflows, and AI services.
• Integrate automation solutions with internal and external applications through APIs.
• Implement and maintain enterprise-grade solutions following CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and version control best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to define integration patterns and technical standards.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of automation platforms.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Smart Automation & Agentic AI capability.
• Promote automation, AI, and software engineering best practices across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members.
