Data Specialist

Drive the delivery of a major asset management transformation.

We’re looking for an experienced Data Specialist to join a hands-on team delivering an in-house asset management solution across a complex, multi-site environment.

This is a great opportunity for a data and systems specialist with large-scale migration and systems implementation experience who enjoys coordinating technical teams and working closely with business stakeholders to drive migration activity forward.

Working across multiple business units and source systems, you’ll play a key role in establishing migration patterns and data standards, coordinating activity and ensuring data is ready for deployment.

About the Role:

• Develop and manage data migration plans, sequencing activities and tracking progress.
• Coordinate transformation, mapping and data load activities with technical teams.
• Engage business stakeholders to establish data ownership, secure decisions and obtain sign-off.
• Identify dependencies, risks and key milestones to ensure migration activity remains on track.
• Coordinate business and technical resources across the migration stream.
• Support deployment readiness by ensuring migration activities are appropriately planned and sequenced.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards throughout the migration.
• Work closely with SMEs and technical teams to resolve data issues and support delivery.

About You

You’re a data and systems implementation specialist with a strong track record of coordinating data migration activities within large and complex environments. You’re comfortable working across both business and technology and can bring structure to complex migration programs.

• Experience coordinating data migration within large-scale systems implementations.
• Strong planning, sequencing and delivery coordination skills.
• Experience working across multiple source systems, entities or business units.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to secure decisions and sign-off.
• Experience working closely with technical teams across data transformation, mapping and loading activities.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance and migration principles.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Experience with Dynaway or asset management implementations is advantageous.
