We are seeking an experienced Power Platform/Microsoft Fabric Developer to join an enterprise IT team focused on automation, Microsoft 365, collaboration, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.


This is a hands-on application development role for a developer who can build enterprise Power Platform solutions while helping the organization expand its use of Copilot, Generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for a senior Power Platform Developer who is highly hands-on with Canvas Apps, PCF, Dataverse, and Power Automate and also brings experience with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Azure data services, DevOps, and enterprise governance.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development
  • 8+ years of overall application development experience
  • Strong experience building Power Apps Canvas applications
  • Experience developing Dataverse-backed applications
  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Strong Power Automate development experience
  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with AI Builder and Generative AI solutions
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience implementing application governance and security controls
  • Ability to support and enhance existing AI solutions while evaluating emerging AI technologies

  • DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
  • AZ-204 – Azure Developer Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Build scalable Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse-based applications
  • Develop reusable components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Create workflow automation using Power Automate
  • Develop and support Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into enterprise applications
  • Implement application governance, security, and compliance controls
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Power Platform solutions
  • Help transition the organization toward Microsoft Fabric and modern Azure data services
  • Work with technologies including Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and Fabric
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and continuously improve enterprise applications
