Do you want to be part of a company that's transforming healthcare? Lyfegen helps bridge the gap to faster, smarter access with pricing, access, and rebate management solutions. Our platform is used by health insurers, governments, hospital payers, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide to simplify the complexities of drug pricing agreements, optimize rebates, and drive better value. As a global leader in drug access and rebate management, Lyfegen is expanding its reach and impact. As we continue to scale, we're looking for passionate professionals to join us and help shape the future of healthcare. We're looking for a Data Analyst / Health Economist to support our US consulting team in turning claims and clinical data into insights that shape pricing and contracting decisions, while also helping keep signed value-based agreements running smoothly once they're live. This role sits across two connected workstreams, both anchored in the same underlying need: the ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of claims data, cost sheets, spending, and utilization data. At Lyfegen, we're tackling challenges no one has solved before. That's why we are looking for problem solvers with a proactive mindset, people who thrive on turning complexity into opportunity. Join us and help bridge the gap to faster and smarter access to medicines for patients. Your main responsibilities: - Analyze large-scale US claims data (Medicare, Medicaid, and/or commercial) and clinical datasets to support pricing and contracting recommendations, in partnership with Lyfegen's US consulting team. - Support the adjudication of signed value-based agreements (VBAs), using Lyfegen's proprietary tools to review claims data and identify and validate rebates the customer is eligible for. - Build and maintain analyses of cost sheets, spending, and utilization data to inform both strategic recommendations and day-to-day contract execution. - Apply health economics methods, such as cost-effectiveness modeling, budget impact modeling, and comparative effectiveness analysis, to translate raw data into decision-useful output. - Collaborate with the consulting and product teams to ensure analysis is client-ready, technically sound, and delivered on time. - Maintain rigorous QC and validation standards given the scale and complexity of claims datasets. Who you are: - Comfortable analyzing large, complex, and sometimes messy healthcare datasets. - Working knowledge of health economics & outcomes research (HEOR) principles. - Hands-on experience with US claims data (Medicare, Medicaid, and/or commercial). - Proficient in SQL; experience with SAS, R, or Python is a strong plus. - Bachelor's degree or higher, with academic training in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred. - Around 2–5 years of relevant professional experience. - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced, scale-up environment. What we offer: - Join a company that improves access to healthcare for patients. - Direct influence on the growth and success of Lyfegen. - A unique opportunity to work at the intersection of payers and pharma. - Become part of a team of international high performers. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - An attractive and competitive compensation package aligned with the dynamic nature of a scale-up start-up.
