Outbound Lead - Cold Email

This is a remote position. Our client is an elite growth consultancy specialising in helping digital agencies scale through automated, high-converting client acquisition systems. They are seeking a self-driven remote Outbound Lead to take full ownership of their cold-email engine. In this role, you will rebuild and elevate the outbound system to a world-class standard. You will be running cold-email operations directly for done-for-you clients while coaching done-with-you agency clients to master their own campaigns. Key Responsibilities & Ownership - Full Engine Ownership:Oversee end-to-end cold-email operations, including lead prospecting, data enrichment, sending infrastructure, campaign messaging, and follow-up sequences. - Deliverability Infrastructure:Take complete charge of domain setups, inbox distribution, warm-up protocols, authentication, and maintaining high inbox placement rates. - Tech Stack Optimisation:Audit the existing software stack, retain effective tools (including n8n for automation), and implement better solutions where needed. - Performance Metrics:Drive and optimise core KPIs—reply rates, positive responses, and booked sales calls—identifying bottlenecks and deploying fixes independently. - Client Delivery & Coaching:Execute outbound campaigns for client accounts while providing expert coaching and guidance to clients who manage their own outbound setups. Your First 90 Days - Conduct a thorough audit of the current cold-email ecosystem and present an honest blueprint for what to keep or rebuild. - Deploy a reliable sending and deliverability infrastructure built to highest industry standards. - Establish clean, real-time reporting on the key performance numbers that drive pipeline growth. Requirements - Hands-On Expertise:Deep, current technical knowledge of modern cold-email systems, deliverability mechanics, and automation tools. - True Ownership Mindset:You act as a builder rather than a task-follower, proactively diagnosing and fixing broken workflows under pressure. - Coaching & Communication:Ability to break down complex technical outbound concepts and effectively teach non-experts how to execute. - Tool Proficiency:Strong proficiency with n8n, CRM databases, enrichment platforms, and domain/inbox management tools.
