Where You'll Make a Difference
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines that integrate data from multiple enterprise platforms, including R&D, SAP, Digital, and external sources.
- Lead the transformation of complex raw data into high-quality, business-ready datasets that support analytics, reporting, AI, and data products.
- Architect and maintain reliable, high-performance data solutions that ensure data accessibility, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve data ingestion, processing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data products that generate measurable business value.
- Implement advanced data quality controls, monitoring frameworks, and validation processes throughout the data lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain data applications and self-service solutions that improve data accessibility and user adoption.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards across all data platforms and solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing data engineering best practices, standards, and technical roadmaps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Platform Development, or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data engineering, automation, and large-scale data processing.
- Extensive experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, database design, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating data through APIs, event-driven architectures, and multiple enterprise data sources.
- Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, and Metadata Management principles.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building data products and self-service analytics solutions using tools such as Streamlit.
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Data Science initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
