Databricks Data Engineer (Apache Spark) at BairesDev

As a Databricks Data Engineer, you will design and develop large-scale data processing systems to handle complex batch and streaming workloads. You will serve as a critical link between raw data streams and actionable insights, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust cloud data architectures across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines to handle large-scale data workflows.
• Build efficient data architectures using modern lakehouse and warehouse platforms.
• Optimize processing jobs for peak performance, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into future-ready data structures.
• Ensure data integrity, reliable ingestion, and clean data modeling across cloud environments.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building and managing data pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in large-scale data processing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data architectures and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
