Python Developer – AI/ML & RPA

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have experience in developing AI Agents, BOTs, and automation solutions using Python. This role requires a strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, data science, and automation frameworks, along with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions.

Job Description

• AI & ML Development: Design and develop AI Agents, BOTs, and intelligent automation solutions.
• RPA Implementation: Build and deploy RPA solutions using Python-based automation frameworks.
• NLP & Deep Learning: Work on NLP models, transformers, LLMs, and text analytics.
• Data Science & Analytics: Develop models for data prediction, pattern recognition, and decision-making.
• API & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate AI/ML solutions with various applications.
• Cloud & Deployment: Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and automation workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, DevOps teams, and business analysts to implement AI-driven solutions.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, Flask, FastAPI, Django
• AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI API, Hugging Face
• NLP: BERT, GPT, Llama, SpaCy, NLTK
• RPA Tools: UiPath (Optional), Python-based automation frameworks

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS)

• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, PyAutoGUI, and OCR-based solutions
• Familiarity with API development and integration with third-party AI platforms

Education

• Masters/bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
