What You Do

Do you enjoy turning business challenges into data-driven solutions while helping others grow and succeed? As a Lead BI Analyst you will combine hands-on BI consulting with people and delivery leadership.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and challenge requirements, and translate them into valuable reporting and analytics solutions. At the same time, you will lead a team of data professionals, ensuring they have the support, direction, and opportunities they need to thrive.

This role goes beyond building reports. We are looking for someone who can act as an analytical partner to the business, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, guide stakeholders toward the best solutions, and help shape a data team that delivers value across multiple clients and projects.

A summary of your responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, goals, and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Analyze data and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and insights that support better decision-making.
• Act as a trusted analytical partner by challenging requirements where appropriate and recommending the most valuable solutions.
• Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple clients, projects, and priorities.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and ensure work is delivered successfully and on time.
• Support estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
• Hire, onboard, develop, and retain team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, salary discussions, and career development conversations.
• Address performance challenges and provide coaching and feedback to help employees succeed.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented team culture.
• Define and promote best practices, quality standards, and knowledge sharing across the team.

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable making decisions, managing competing demands, and driving delivery outcomes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience working with HR, Finance, Operations, or other business domains is considered a strong plus.
• Previous people management experience is a plus.

The salary for this position is €3100 to €3500 gross per month. We are open to discuss the salary depending on your knowledge and experience.
